      Stop advertising yourself as a company that cares about its employees, because obviously you don't. My first day out on the floor, and out of training, I was yelled at by a TL because I was supposed to be on a different screen! Yelled at in front of the entire department!

      Sales Representative

      Pros

      Great company to establish a sales foundation.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with reality in regards to expectations and business environments. They need to hire more managers from within the company who understand the true role. Work life balance is not what it used to be. Very high pressure and stress for little pay as they continually change their comp plan which promotes HIGH turnover... ZERO reward for loyalty to the company. Unrealistic quotas and bonus structure for seniority.

      Great people to work side by side.

      Mgmt is deplorable. It is Logan's Run there. Getting rid of older ee's in favor of young graduates. Total hypocrisy based on "Paychex Values" and reality. Total pressure cooker. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND
