Pros

In 5 years I did 3 jobs. I came as Presales, then Sales France and then I evolved on a new product, and I was in charge of sales in EMEA. Panaya gives the possibility to propose things, to evolve, and knows how to recognize people who are a force of proposal. I befriended several people, and I felt good and surrounded for 5 years, even while working at a distance. Commissions are really performance related, so with results you can earn money. All people are accessible, from managers to VPs, it is very easy to give your opinion and exchange ideas.

Cons

Impact analysis is often not critical for companies, so it is necessary to be sufficiently involved in the problems.

Pros

CEO is pushing and inspiring people Working from home can be provided if discussed with the manager and given good and adequate reasons Base salary is extremely high (problem is OTE is not realistic)

Cons

- No on-boarding of new employees nor sales enablement for the field work force Road map keep changing every 2-3 quarters - Panaya's product went from modular, to selling it as a complete suite (that no one really used and inflated the prices), to pivoting to the testing market (still with inflated prices) Why? The testing aspect was the only one people wanted to renew, but because SAP and Oracle were becoming strong contenders in the ERP change market. - No career growth, empty promises that go nowhere - they promised support, plenty of leads and a $1million dollar pipeline. (all of which proved to be untrue) - Managers kept changing and people kept leaving - I have seen within the year at least 55 changes in management and people leaving. (Their best lead generator left) - Commission comp plan changes every quarter - Barely any visible marketing! Target new people not the ones already inside the database. Pending on region, there is no marketing at all - Highly political environment - No budget for training and self development

Pros

If you're a developper and only working with the Israeli team you're at the right place even though some of the best IT guys left already.

Cons

Panaya used to be a Great place to work at, fun, inspiring, great people, beautiful offices, good benefits but since the management changed back in April 2016 everything changed as well and i wouldn't advise anyone to start working there since it's still unclear what Infosys-who acquires the company back in 2015 or 16-is going to do of Panaya in the coming months.
