      Antiquated Corporate structure and Mgt Strategy

      Pros

      Decent benefits, but those are shrinking regularly.

      Cons

      Disjointed, little cohesiveness, management plays corporate role of lip service to quality and customer service and standards. No clear paths for career progression and disappearing budgets mean that training is limited to "knowledge transfer sessions" or CBTs which are poorly done and ineffective.

      If you are of Finnish origin, you can go places. Design and management discussions are held in Finnish language. Finns are promoted without showing anything for it.

      If you are not of Finnish origin, everything is against you.
