Decent benefits, but those are shrinking regularly.
Cons
Disjointed, little cohesiveness, management plays corporate role of lip service to quality and customer service and standards. No clear paths for career progression and disappearing budgets mean that training is limited to "knowledge transfer sessions" or CBTs which are poorly done and ineffective.
