      i really think the Nokia people are trying very hard to improve things at the old ALU

      wow.....no raises to speak of. constant lay offs, low moral, most persons in major depressive state

      Unwritten expectation for evenings and weekend additional work. Felt like upper management viewed us as costs, instead of people.
