Free coffee, a monthly allowance to buy more coffee / machines, work events are fun.

Cons

don't take sexual harassments seriously. we had an employee harass over half the staff and he was just sent off to another boutique. pays very little with virtually no bonuses (there are quarterly ones but they add up to nothing..)
