Pros

Great benefits. Set amount of hours each week. The company really takes care of their employees

Cons

Management would spend more of their time in the back doing "office work" but we were retail... HR also doesn't really take anything into consideration.

Pros

- Some great people in the company with good ideas and the will to be be the best coffee company in japan - Amazing product and great culture. Proud of being part of the brand - Nice office with a good location - Flexible office hours and less overtime than other japanese companies

Cons

- The Marketing department: Absolutely no communication, no sharing, no coaching, hiding of information. Some people are so focused on becoming manager that they will do anything they can to look good and make you look bad. No Will to speak english or at least an understandable Japanese. Harassment from some people and change of manager every 6 months. - Salary system: 16 months - Systems are slow and outdated

Pay, benefits, bonuses. Feels like you run your own business, you are encouraged to impact change and you are heard by upper management.

Cons

Technology is very challenging and impedes your ability to be efficient with your time and keeps employees from focusing on the customer experience.
