Pros

Good benefits, Great product, Some great people left at the company, Strong backing from Nestle, Good stepping stone for your career

Cons

Used to be a very close company with family values, where employees trusted and love their management. Now it is a bit different - management runs the company using fear and show no loyalty to its employees.

Hello – Thank you for your review and comments on our great perks. Although Nespresso USA is a fast-growing company, I strive to demonstrate trust and respect for all employees with whom I interact on a regular basis. Many employee events such as Town Halls are scheduled throughout the year allowing the ManCom team and myself to stay connected with the teams. Since I am unfamiliar with the situation you are referring to, I invite you to share your feedback and concrete examples with us by contacting our confidential employee help-line at 888-424-2409. We will certainly review any specifics you can provide and always improve what has to be improved. Thank you for your comments. Guillaume Le Cunff President @Nespresso USA

Pros

The only positive aspect of Nespresso is their benefits. They have generous benefits.

Cons

Nespresso cares very little about their employees. They constantly push their employees to sell at any cost. For example, where I worked, we were pressured to sell as many machines as possible. If we didn't meet goals, we were shamed. There was no incentive to sell, though, because the store was inside a Macy's, and the Macy's associates received commission for our hard work. Most of all, Nespresso does not care about woman. I was sexually harassed by the assistant manager, and when I reported it to my manager she accused me of lying and said it was "time to move on."
