Pros

I enjoy working at Nespresso. I am able to do my work and not be micro managed. It’s trusted the work will be done.

Cons

Seems more political, meaning if you play the game then you can move up. Some people come off as very arrogant for no reason

Pros

Amazing base salary, regular bonuses, free coffee and machines, monthly Nespresso credit. Great team and training program, international company with resources and incentives.

Cons

Pop Up shops are badly constructed, chaotic and unsafe. With no privacy and a stock room 15 minutes away, it’s a difficult environment to work in 40-50 hours per week.
