Pros

Coffee Allowance of 200 capsules every month. Free coffee machine after you join the company. If you're coming from a customer service or hospitality, it could be a good beginning to get into the retail sector.

Cons

No chance at all to get promoted. Lack of opportunities even to ask for a transfer to another boutique it will cost you a massive headache. No leadership at all (it seems they trust more in people who like bossing around and following rules like puppets). Gossip is in the air.... No values at all when it comes to look after the employers and provided with real benefits beyond coffee capsules for free.
