Pros

* sexy, dynamic image * top of the bill product * dynamic working environment, in permanent change mode * excellent and competitive remuneration packages * young, dynamic atmosphere * all my respect to the boutique management & employees and the call centre personnel: they manage to delight customers every day over and again!

Cons

* "walk the talk" is missing too often: nice values, hard to find in daily working life * short-term management * very high work pressure in some supporting departments

Pros

Nespresso is a brand that is not only dedicated to investing in it's product lines; it is also focused on investing in it's people. This is a company that you can succeed in and grow with if you want it. The amount of time, thought and money that is invested in the education and growth of each employee is incredible. Nespresso cares about developing leaders for the future of the business. Many companies just focus on the present but Nespresso is dedicated to building future leaders. Nespresso is also dedicated to ensuring that all employees no matter what their job function are fully immersed in the heart of it's business and at Nespresso that's coffee. Spending time to teach employees about just what it takes to make a capsule of coffee and it goes far beyond that. This is a company that is doing it right with regards to creating a human value chain by creating shared value & sustainability. It's not just about the coffee; it's about the people; the people who work for Nespresso and not just in the offices or boutiques; it's also about the farmer's who work in the fields to grow the coffee that makes that perfect cup. This is a company that cares enough to prepare it's workforce for a stable future by investing in the people. If you're ready to start a career that will change you life and inspire you to be better each and every day this company is for you.

Cons

Every employee of every company can list cons but for me that list is so small compared to the passion that I feel each and every day for the work that I do, the people that I work with and the company that I am a part of.

Hello, Thank you for your positive feedback. I’m glad you are pleased with many aspects of the brand, company and its employees. At Nespresso USA, training is an essential component of our People strategy. We endeavor to provide an extensive range of courses to develop our employees across all levels and functions of the organization. Our training catalog is tailored to meet the requirements of all, from Coffee Specialists to Leaders and also evolves to cater for specific business requirements. In addition to our customized Nespresso courses, we also benefit from the Personal developments courses made available to us by Nestlé. Since 2003, sustainability has been very important to our Brand. We are now sharing in the US our Coffee stories with our employees and customers, as we are proud of the sustainable projects we work on with Farmers on sustainable practices, water management, agroforestry and more. Thank you for your commitment to Nespresso. Guillaume Le Cunff President@Nespresso USA
