Pros

Salary is fair althought known to be under Nestle's average, 13th month, pension, free coffee, very nice working conditions, smart people.

Cons

A lot of work, very limited team spirit, limited vision, too many processes : just a normal big company.

Pros

Good pay, Lots of training, good atmosphere, targets are achievable, lovely people, management are approachable, hiring process is easy and the company is growing alot.

Cons

hours are hard for part-time as tend to hire university students, but the hours can be awkward to reach while also attending university (have to start the 4 hour shift at say 11am or 3pm). If you'r not on shift for the training, you miss it. However, you have to sign a form to say you've received it. progression is sporadic and depends on if you go for it at the right time, rather than trying to keep good staff.
