Pros

Optional work from home 2 days a week, choose your rostered shift (8-4, 9-5, or 10-6) . Supported by managers and incentives to boost your performance.

Cons

The CRC is a call centre and we are often under-staffed. When people move on to another role, they aren’t replaced in a timely matter. As a result, teams are often behind on our team KPIs and we really suffer when someone is on leave/off sick.

Pros

-monthly coffee allowance -free machine when you start

Cons

-underpaid -if you hit target they increase it so they don’t have to pay you bonus -overworked -they contradict themselves constantly and the coffee specialists have to deal with the backlash -the upper management don’t care -they take advantage of hard workers
