Pros

- Good benefits for retail - bonuses, pay and rewards - Good ideas for business transformation and growth but sometimes executed poorly - Good training provided by head office (passionate L&D team) - Decent support from in-store management - Amazing to employees throughout the pandemic

Cons

- Poor communication/ transparency at times from some head office staff (mostly senior) - More of an outdated way of working/ very hierarchal - Sometimes the customers are forgotten within the business strategies/ makes the brand come across very pushy - Outdated systems and ways of working - Not enough development opportunities

Flexibility in schedule, great benefits, tuition reimbursement, and cool options in terms of savings for other companies.

Cons

Terrible management, boring, and Hard to move up, if you are hired as a boutique specialist good luck getting promoted. Terrible systems for payment and sales.
