Dear Sale Associate, I am so glad to read you found Nespresso to offer “flexibility" in your schedule. Our flexible scheduling is just one example of how we prioritize work-life balance for our employees. In terms of your constructive feedback, in this current job market, hiring and retaining hourly workers is incredibly challenging, but our HR team is focusing a tremendous effort in this area to hire quality candidates who will stay at Nespresso long term. Please reach out to me if you have any specific ideas on how we can improve in this area or others. Sincerely, Alfonso Gonzalez CEO, Nespresso North America

Pros

Good salary, co-workers make or break the experience

Cons

huge disparity between quality of management boutique-to-boutique. The store I was at had the most unprofessional manager I've ever run into, poor handling of rosters, customer interactions and stock control. You're trained and expected to have a high level of knowledge regarding the coffee industry, yet you're treated very much like a cog in the machine when it comes to the day-to-day.
