alot of kpi. stupid bonus system. for example u get quarterly bonuses if your average basket value was 75$ for the quarter. if you hit that 75$ mark yoh receive 15% of your hourly wage for that quarter. This is dumb because someone who works more hours and takes more customers may not hit that 75$ mark in the off season. but someone who works one day a week and does less work and is lucky will deadass get the bonus while u get nothing. and they make u say this long script to every customer and send a secret shopper to ensure that u stick to the script.
