Pros

the company brand on your CV

Cons

AVOID this team at all costs. team culture is immature, unprofessional, full of bullying, racism through jokes and manager afraid of handling situations in case she gets targeted. was told this team has a 10 years history of toxicity and its led by the senior mgt in NY. a few bad apples spreading these problems and its difficult to challenge them. many have left and more need to for their mental health.

Pros

Multinational company Great people to work with accross the organization.

Cons

- Management is not good at all within Global Sales Operations Team. - They do not NOT provide support at all to move up to the next level. Even worse, they may block you sometimes because you may be a good asset for their team. - Lots of turnover within management N+1 and also Operations Analyst - If you are not based in NY office, possibility to move up internally is almost impossible … then you will get stuck in this « poor » Operations Analyst role for the rest of your life - Not competitive compensation : salaries are lower than market average - Very bad work life balance - Cannot keep talented people - No so well structured and really low salary increase - Work long hours, poor pay, bad management relations, terrible boss, greedy company - Very political and bureaucratic, - Disrespectful managers - European offices office can feel as being subordinate to the US headquarters. Decisions can be bureaucratic at times - Lack of bonus, lack of recognition of hard work in this department - Very poor compensation, no perks, - Poor career growth, salary - Long hours work in general - Takes much longer to grow in the career - Work is pretty boring, heavy workload, no feedback on work, total lack of transparency. - Very competitive environment and lots of gossiping among employees and managers - Meetings, meetings, meetings .. about having a meeting to discuss having a meeting to discuss the meeting - One of the worst company I have ever work for … My advice you’d better think twice before applying for an Operations Analyst role. I am quiting soon !! Enough is enough.

Pros

Many acquisition led MA to have a wide range of offering

Cons

Those acquisitions have not been handled the right way, with a clear lack of people consideration. New hired are getting better paid than people who are there since 5-10 years and have proven a track of records performing. Commission plan completely changing, a RM is now also responsible for losses (e.g. : if you sell 1 million a year in new business and lose a client contract of 400k then only the difference 600 k is your achievement taken into account). It is basically giving back commissions earned on previous deals, and it is often not due to the RM at all, but to product, legal or other concerns.
