Fully remote company. They've really mastered the art of doing it. The people are amazing and there are always opportunities to work on something new and interesting.

Cons

The compensation package isn't very good.

Before Covid, I'd say remote work, but nowadays you can find remote opportunities everywhere. There are many smart engineers in here.

Cons

- Leadership praises over-work. One time at an all-hands meeting leadership was putting as an example one engineer who was on PTO with his family at the beach and got a call from work to resolve some issues with an angry client. - Below market compensation. During my time here I talked with several W2 employees about salaries, we all were getting paid less than the average market compensation, but the worse is for international contractors! They really get pay peanuts. - The taco culture. This is really funny honestly, people give digital tacos to each other for small accomplishments and there's a leaderboard!
