      Challenge, development, opportunity, success describe modern Michelin. The company has ambition, good values and a desire to change, adapt to customers and employees expectations.

      Cons

      Dynamic change demands hard work, more performance challenge, effectiveness. They care more than most about their people however the move from a paternalistic French business to a modern global business is challenging all of the staff.
