      Pros

      Work mostly by your self. challenging work, Working with the clients and consumers was the best part of the Job. Making a good product for society.

      Cons

      the pay isn't usually up to the level of work you are doing. (even though you are getting paid good, you are working very hard for it). Hard to move up. They do not usually work around a college schedule. They are 24/7 so they don't really care if you have things planned, if something happens, they expect you to be there to fill in.

      Pros

      - really nice colleagues - many expats: French, Greek, Hungarian; I like working in an international team

      Cons

      - IT systems that don't work, are not updated and are slowed down too much by security reasons - too much bureaucracy - felt that nobody cared to do anything about the real problems; the top management was deaf and totally ignored everybody

      Pros

      Generally a good work environment. Almost always very professional behaving co workers. Clearly defined goals and expectations.

      Cons

      In maintenance we have good leadership, but production seems to promote quite a few people who really cant handle the job they're in.
