Discussion on where you are lacking and what you need to do to grow and move forward in professional career never happens with your manager. Top management lacks basic curtesies when it comes to treating employees who are leaving the company. The management is clueless . Only bootlickers and politics playing PPL can survive here . No career growth can be expected. Projects are very poor here nothing can be learnt from it.
