Good opportunity for career if you are mobile. Culture is fast changing with more emphasis on results and performance. If you like managing change, this is it.

Cons

Changing very fast and many projects in the pipeline. Intense focus on bottom line is driving a new set of culture within a family run business. Work life balance is non existence in certain functions.

Pros

This is a company that for a long time relied on it´s employees to spend their entire career working for them. Hence, they are very good at career planning and training and development.

Cons

Things do not always move very quickly in this traditional atmosphere, and since most management and senior management have limited experience from other corporations that tend to get a little too stuck in traditional patterns.
