      Pros

      Job security is high, ability to change jobs internally is good, work / life balance is ok, benefits are good but worsening. Product image is excellent and helps personal fulfillment in job

      Cons

      Average pay from what I understand. high level management communication can be poor at times. High job security can be demoralizing when non-performers get passed around without repercussions.

      Pros

      Great opportunity for a good career. Many advancement opportunities. Great training. Stable. Can be fun. Great product you can be proud to promote. Personal growth.

      Cons

      Many things not taught in training that leave you unprepared. Too many processes and forms to be turned in. Seems like busy work. IT and software is outdated. Makes everything take longer and is unnecessarily difficult. Hard to get email responses from people sometimes. Training to field transition is too abrupt and is not the way they tell you it will be. I got bombarded by emails and phone calls while I was told I would be left alone to decompress and house hunt. But nope, not at all.
