      Traditional, french-centric company struggling to transition to a truly global leader; risk-averse; slow and resistant to change; salaries not competitive; heavy bureaucracy; little incentive for employees to take risks; insignificant financial reward to top achievers

      In the early phase, there was abroad training. So good chance to know how other people approach work and business Breakfast, Lunch provided at factory. Extra time not required in in most situations

      Cons

      You might need to sign a bond. System is slow because the organisation is very big. Travel time (morning+evening)>2 hrs Hike is less

      None to speak of the management are bullies and treat employees like thieves.

      Cons

      No trust, low salary, no commission, no communication, unreal expectations (management excluded), uneven playing field etc, etc.
