Pros

Great company for employees having experience of manufacturing industry. Employee centric policies.

Cons

Not good for someone who comes from Service Industry. Micro Management. Agile certified Product Managers have no manners of treating employees. Wrong culture being encouraged by senior management and HRs.

One of worst management

Pros

Michelin management is highly biased and supports only their favorite employee. Hard working, dedication to work, and quality of work have very low meaning here. The people who only speak politically and do flattering to management are the one who grow here. And surprisingly higher management supports this biasness.

Cons

In the name of people, the management supports the sweet-speaking people, even if that person does not deliver, and does all unethical things on the back of management. But since he speaks good in front of management, so he is the best person ( Not the one who is delivering)

Pros

mediocre work culture at company

Cons

My experience at Michelin has been marked by a mediocre work culture. The higher management seems entrenched in outdated practices, creating a 'yes man' circle, with their primary focus on cost-cutting. This approach leaves much to be desired in terms of fostering innovation and growth. Unfortunately, roles in cutting-edge fields like AI, ML, and Digital Transformation fall short of expectations because people in these roles don't know their subject. It's disheartening to witness a lack of expertise in deploying the very technologies they're meant to champion. This gap in knowledge hampers progress and ultimately affects the quality of work delivered.
