Pros

Benefits - Medical and Vacation offered are very good Average Pay You will have a diverse team which includes those that have worked for the company for a long time that have came from the production floor.

Cons

1. Given 10 holidays, but they basically have to be used for Thanksgiving and Christmas shutdown. 2. Michelin in North America does not recognize any of the US Federal Holidays. 3. Very small pay raises - 2-4% annual - They would also ensure you that 4% was a very generous raise. 4. Very little career growth from this role/position even as a degreed engineer 5. The RGQA at US3 is a very toxic individual and will berate you publicly. He will also often thrown temper tantrums when he does not get his way. He will also just demand things are done, even when they do not make logical sense. He is who most people complain about during their exit interview, but is not the only cancer in this plant. 6. You will often be expected to work 40+ hours with little to no recognition or appreciation.

Pros

Reasonable Benefits, good training, opportunities

Cons

Requiring workers to get vaccinated or pay an additional $100 per month premium for health coverage and use vacation time for quarantining is pushing too far. What about other diseases that vaccines are not required for, what about other conditions that should raise the premium.

Pros

None (just a hollow brand image)

Cons

1. You will be a labour for 6-8 years 2. Your Salary increase will be at their mercy as you will be forced to sign a long-term (3-5 years) bond. 3. If you break the bond, you will have to pay an amount way more than your yearly salary. 4. You will not be sure if you would get any retireal benefits or not. 5. Poor HR and management team that one can imagine in an organisation
