The culture is energetic, focused, and committed. The HR team makes training for career development accessible and employees are encouraged to attend. Salary is fair - especially since they help with continuing education and career development. I have been linked up with a coach to help with career planning and process advice. In summary, Pcubed is an excellent company for project management professionals who want to participate in exciting and unique projects while allowing for continuing education and growth.

- great career opportunities. After a few years it is easy to move around. - friendly team that is always happy to help. - despite the geographical spread of the company, management makes an effort to get everyone together whether it's at offsite events or virtual meetings. - competitive salary

Cons

- no 401k match - hard to compete for business against the larger consulting companies - benefits package needs to be improved in order to attract top talent.
