      Great colleagues, used to be great outside work too !

      The old mantra of work hard play hard has gone. No more great full team events, the leadership team is made up of hangers on and people promoted too early. It needs an injection of passion and integrity. More like a fast food outlet now in terms of lack lustre career and leadership. The best have gone.
