The people, bright, educated, well travelled and enthusiastic. Some great company values. The ability to gain experience across different industry sectors

Cons

Large resource turnover due to merger. Roles are primarily PMO. Only good if you are junior or have a large sales portfolio

They keep hiring great people for most levels of the organization. Most managers are approachable.

Cons

Very high attrition rates, although normal for a consultancy, I guess. Senior consultant than are now home grown tend to be flops.

Good consultants on different projects, helpful community.

Cons

Lack of communication from the headquarters and secret culture in the agency. Efficiency driven leads to nonsense. Note: Salary diminished the first 3 months. No sick pay the first year. Holidays assigned.
