Pros
Excellent place to learn and grow, especially if you're relatively new to the industry. High-profile clients/project and excellent resume builder. Good work/life balance (although I've heard otherwise from other employees on different engagements). Fun atmosphere. Love my co-workers. Diverse environment. HR, IT and Finance are always helpful when needed and easy to work with.
Cons
Lot's of politics in the company. "Holier than thou" attitude with upper-management. Terrible compensation. Pay for my position is 30% under market value. This is a very common complaint among employees, which is likely the #1 reason there is so much employee turnover. Bonuses (which were already weak to start) were recently changed from twice/annul to once/annual and we weren't even told about it until AFTER mid-year reviews. Who knows if I'll see anything at the end of the year. Huge growth plans foretasted over the past several years - but ZERO actual growth.
