Pros

The pay when you start is decent

Cons

No work life balance due to the company returning to 5 days in office regardless of the need of you on site. Pay doesn't really go up. Everyone loves to micro manage

Pros

Great team of people working at local office. There is flexible working on an ad hoc basis. Mid level management takes interest in people. Company has excellent sustainability goals, and is paying lip service to gender equality.

Cons

Flexible working is being gradually removed as a standard. Currently being paid average salary for current role, but being asked to do work for senior role. Absolutely not being paid at that standard. Routinely told that I am exceeding current role, but no change to either role, or salary. Productivity is measure by hours in the office, not output. Company car scheme stopped, and no compensation for additional miles being put on personal cars. These changes are coming from main office.

Pros

- One of the best companies to grow. - A wide range of benefits, including company car or car allowance. - Interesting and challenging projects. - Access to new technology & software.

Cons

- Poor long-term opportunities and unclear progression path. - You are required to travel across the country if you end up on the project far away from your home. - Poor mid-level management, a lot of blockers to your progression.
