Leading tech for the industry, some lovely people, when the CEO wants things to happen they happen quickly!

Cons

If the CEO doesn't want things to happen forget it! Management styles are really hit and miss. All the focus is on recruiting and developing grads and apprentices and the rest of the business feels left out! Strategy changes so often people become tired and fed up!
