Pros

Some really smart people across the company and sometimes interesting projects.

Cons

Horrible culture, extremely hierarchical and full of nepotism. On-site it may be a little better, but corporate function culture is very cloak and dagger, driven by hierarchy and without opportunity for employees downstream to feel heard.

Ray O'Rourke needs to learn how to keep his nose out and finally let someone take over the company day to day runnings. He is running the company into the ground but doesnt have the common sense to let others really innovate. He's stuck in the past. He is the only one in the company that wants a 5 day working week in the office and are losing good staff because of it. No one will want to work at LOR while other compnies choose to have hybrid working.
