SCA contract rates not followed, horrible health insurance, filthy facility, unprofessional atmosphere, and so incredibly cheap that returns are no longer diminishing, they have diminished to zero. Anyone with any post-secondary education or significant work experience is shunned and labeled a troublemaker. Incredibly petty and insecure "supervisors" desperate to hide their lies and keep all the ugly secrets hidden

The compensation is at the lowest scale at any level and it remains the same year after year. The adapted HOS quality system is garbage. It used to point fingers downward or downstream. No one at upper levels of supervisors and management ever take any blame. Accountability is driven downward through their quality processes to the point of browbeating and bullying lesser employees. They twist policies and procedures to suit their needs especially in terminations of employees. I would NEVER work for KBRwyle or Honeywell ever again for any amount of money.
