Pay is far too little for the amount of work and stress involved Now that I have left, I am much happier, far better compensated, and no longer do I constantly think about work.

It can be a toxic environment if you cross the wrong people. Hitting targets often doesn’t seem to matter. The use of so-called ‘positive discrimination’ is very apparent — it was even said to me on multiple occasions. Don’t bring issues to HR; they’ll take upper management’s side.
