... that's it. - On Sales/channel sales package they will attract you with a good OTE, but everything is made so that you will only get 10-30% of variable part (crazy unrealistic goals) -Non-sense daily requirements : take partners to restaurant again and again even if no business, ask for tens of partner certifications to be done ... just a non sense -Bad atmosphere : good people don't stay, only mediocre people stay for years, "cowboy" atmosphere where everyone has to "name tag" themselves on others' accounts in CRM if they want to see revenue recognition... Huawei encourages it -I can't even recommend for Junior/internships, even them leave for other companies if they can -terrible reputation on the market - hugely due to "US Ban"- that makes your mission almost impossible. Very few partners/customers are open to work with Huawei nowadays Avoid at all cost unless you need to pay the bills - which was my case - then continue searching for better opportunities
