      Pros

      Very Good bonus! (it depends of a lot a things , i am still trying to guess ). Good products. That's it.

      Cons

      The worst management of the world ! No worklife balance ! stupid processes (not useful at all) ! No culture, ecosystem really really poor ! Working as a robot (a stupid one). I cannot really understand the huawei success , it's just a big chaos. Sell sell sell ! P.O P.O P.O , they think that customers place the P.O for pleasure after a hand shaking. Medieval Company.

      Nothing.......aucun.nada...demotivation.depression.loose skills and respect of the customers.

      Cons

      All.ambiane medieval and military methods.no trust to local employees.discrimination to local employees as all promotions ,bonus, go to the chinese people and expatriate.no initiative no autonomy no responsibilities allowed.everything controled from HQ in china.......no respect to local people.

      Pros

      To prove your resistance to be humiliated or ignored. To test your capacity to work in cahotic place where non-Chinese employees have no value. To travel to China for free.

      Cons

      No respect for local culture No interest in local culture No strategy for local market No understanding or honest will to understand local culture. They expect from you to bring your clients from your former job. If you cannot do that then 4 months later you will be useless for them.
