The only benefit is the salary.
Cons
There is no vision or roadmap. This is not an international company, it is a chinese company outside China. The cultural gap is huge so you end up dealing with a lot of non-technical issues when trying to do some work. For example, meetings usually switch to chinese so non-chinese people stop to follow. Also, the cooperation with groups at the local university is not very clear. This raises questions like what is this cooperation really for and how the recruitment of students is done.
