We are for example implementing well-being programs, which involve webinars and face-to-face actions to raise awareness among our employees of certain themes like health at work. We recognize the significant impact that management can have on an overall work experience, that's why we are highly implicated in the training of our managers, in line with our company's values. We invest in dedicated programs to support and develop their skills, ensuring they are better equipped to nurture and inspire their teams. We have for example created a training program dedicated to recruitment and employer branding for all of our managers, to raise their awareness of good practices in recruitment and talent attraction.
