Pros

I worked in the international department. It was a great part of the company. We worked on interesting project for very big clients. Workload was okay, so was stress level. Good work - life balance. Pay could have been better - but it was not unreasonably low. Very good benefits.

Cons

A lot depends on your manager. If you have an okay relationship with your manager, it's a very good place to work for - if not, you'd better look for a new job. Leadership is not very (at all) transparent. No one really cares about your opinion. I got projects assigned that no one ever followed up on, which can be a bit frustrating.

Pros

Office hour slightly flexible, you can arrive at your office between 8 to 10, and leave between 4 to 6.

Cons

Not a sustainable job as they are trying to relocate as much job as possible to lower wage country. Management is pretty bad, it basically consists in pressuring you to do everyday the maximum amount of claim you can humanly possibly do. If they know you can do 90 claim when you work really hard, they will expect that every single day.
