Being available, at all times, for our customers, is part of our mission at Henner. It is to ensure quality listening and support that we have a team of 160 managers, spread across each continent, in order to be as close as possible to the needs of our members. In total, there are 33 languages spoken, anywhere and at any time in the world, to support our customers in the moments that matter to them.
We take your comments about the management very seriously and want to assure you that the well-being of our employees remains an absolute priority.
We are for example implementing well-being programs, which involve webinars and face-to-face actions to raise awareness among our employees of certain themes like health at work.
We strive to promote healthy and peaceful working conditions on all of our sites, favorable to the personal and professional development of everyone.
