Pros

culture driven, fleet car provided, free food, chance to learn aspects of fast casual business, fun environment, good people, genuine company

Cons

not organized properly, structure was chaotic and always changing. Too much micro-managing at all levels. No set training plans and poor communication from all department levels.

Pros

Free food & drink That's about it really.

Cons

The worst job of my life. If I could give this place -5 I would. Treat customers like royalty and staff like used toilet paper. There are two shifts- 6 am - 4/5 pm ----- consists of making burgers, cutting veg for about 2/3 hours. Cleaning the whole kitchen, if you are lucky you will get 20mins break. After that you are expected to go back to work. This involves cleaning tables, taking out the rubbish and the worst of all checking toilets. For some managers that are really evil, they expect for you to wipe the stair case with a mere piece of cloth every 20 minutes. I mean which store have you heard of forces staff to do that sort of work! especially knowing how busy the store gets. evening 5pm- 2am if you're lucky. Usually till work or basics such as cleaning the shop floor.

Pros

Love the people and the free food during lunch! YUM It's a great position between classes and trying to start a career

Cons

Hours can be odd if you don't have good shift managers. That goes without saying for most fast food chains though
