Pros

I have a great team for the most part though with a crew consisting of mostly high schoolers the quality can vary from person to person. The work is not especially difficult.

Cons

They have put lower management in limbo for the past year and a half due to their experiments with a "Red Cap Program" and the following freeze on all raises due to going $8mil over budget. Meanwhile our district level managers and higher are being given new company cars and increased benefits. It's been over two years since I received a performance evaluation and I've even talked to our HR and regional manager about the situation. Our bonuses are largely based on subjective questionnaires where the perception of being "enthusiast" and "very enthusiastic" often means losing $70+ each week.

Pros

Great theoretical business model Passion for quality Emphasis on teamwork/communication (again, theoretical)

Cons

Plays favorites - you have to be a pushover to get in their good graces All take, no give attitude - will push you to your absolute limits with no reciprocity Not open to innovation - isn't interested in new ideas/methods Ostracizes employees, writes them off at the first sign of dissent (for example, declining a promotion, and getting hours cut and mistreatment as a result) Poor training, lack of oversight for management Inconsistent scheduling - you may be sent home early, you may be forced to stay late, you will never get off as scheduled

Thanks for sharing your feedback here. We apologize that your experience was not what we would expect at any of our locations. Training is a key component of what we focus on, and we believe strongly in promoting from within. We'll continue to champion these ideas internally for all of our employees.
