They unfortunately don't pay great. Additionally, there was a lot of deep cleaning which was no fun

Cons

There really isn't a downside. The opportunity to grow and flourish is there for the taking. It is very exciting to be on a quest to grow the brand and culture to more countries and serve different cultures.
