Pros

Easy Good Environment Flexible Great first job High pay A social workspace Good way to learn how to survive in the restaurant business

Cons

The only bad thing that happened with me were the hours sometimes screwed you. You could work a morning shift but then get called back in for another three hours. Or if you were on the night shift you could spend hours cleaning.
