Pros

The only good thing about working at five guys was the free food and receiving tips.

Cons

I've been working here for a good 5 months already and I know how things work. Since I got here my boss has hired 4 new people (excluding me) and the crew always talks bad about each one of them, resulting in the new person getting fired. My boss has his favorite crew members and he puts them on morning shifts alone leaving night shifts to the rest of us. His favorite crew has never worked night shift, ever. Bad pay when we have to do alot of cleaning at closing. My boss also is lazy. Whenever he puts me on morning, he always says "I'll be back" and returns after the lunch rush oh and did I mention he's cheap??!

Pros

Fun work environment most of the time. It was great getting to work with my brother!

Cons

The management really had no idea on how to run the store. Most of the time, my brother and I would have to do intricate tasks that management should have been able to do.
