A bad hire for executive position. Micromanage. No communication. Success or failure is not within the employees control but rather at the mercy of upper leadership who manages with a sit down, shut up and do as you are told mentality and will promote those who fit that mold.

They offer some perks like working from home, in office amenities, free glasses once a year.

Cons

Everyone must live and breathe the Brands. Elitism is strong in this company. They say jump you say how high mentality. They have no problem abandoning and replacing people who are struggling in their personal lives (fire at home, health issues, divorces,) all met with the same You seem like you aren't focusing on the bottom line like you should so go away but maybe train your replacement first for us.

Cons

Leadership is extremely toxic. Training is inadequate. There is no work life balance, there is no learning curve. People speak to you in the most disrespectful manner. There is constant fighting among employees and leadership. Knowledge is kept very secret.
