*Corporate has many flaws, they have be found guilt for breaking workers right with the federal government in the past and corporate hasn’t learned anything from it. *No HR Rep or Contact (went 2 months without Health insurance due to an error to No Hr representative) *They don’t abide by their company policy’s and handbook. * They screw with your benefits eligibility. *They don’t pay their bills, they are on hold with almost every one of their vendors.

Toxic culture - No sense of compassion for the amount of work employees are going through and the time pressure they are experiencing. Only focuses on the negatives and mistakes. Upper management always puts the blame game on lower level employees. Not much appreciation or celebration on the good work you have delivered. Won't allow you to develop, and will expect you to do things without telling you. Very high pace - Sometimes 1 day deadlines or not finite amount of time for the work you're doing. Very high demand - Have to get through a lot of work per day. - Have to work around the clock with constant check-ins on what you're doing. - Sometimes tasks are handed out in the afternoon with expectation you will finish them by end of the day. Terrible communication - Will expect a lot of things out of you, but won't actually tell you what these are, and if you get it wrong or you don't do what they "expect", you're in trouble. Stipend spend on their products only applies after your probation.
