Your in a for a rude awakening if you think you’ll have a life outside of them and your work hours. If you have a family… forget about them. They don’t pay enough for what they expect out of you. They don’t pay enough at all to be honest. With the amount of work your given they definitely need to compensate their employees way better. Especially for the cost of living in NY ALONE!!! They want you to handle multiple situations all at once while still being on the phone and still getting it done correctly. Forget it if your new… if you don’t pickup fast enough don’t worry about management…. Lazy as ever. They aren’t available when you need them and they will literally give you the shortest brief review of your company stay. They won’t show you ways of helping you improve on what they ask of you…. They just expect it done without their help. Sometimes you have to really wonder how management got to their positions…. Yeah go figure…. I’m extremely sure it wasn’t all through hard work cause half the time they didn’t have a clue how to do the same work you were doing. Oh for all new comers take heed….. take record of EVERYTHING you do with them!!!! Photos, emails, teams messages…. Even if you need to record those brief video calls…. Do it!!! Report it after if you feel wrongly done. They will definitely try to cover their tracks on why their discharging you. For the amount of customer complaints your about to get…. You’ll understand why your underpaid and over worked. You then go out of your way to try saving the relationship between the customer and Luxottica. Definitely not worth it since management never follows up with them to resolve anything. Oh and another thing, they don’t rate the quality of your work…. They rate the quickness of your work. They don’t care if you get it done right or wrong. They want you to take 100+ calls a day while still getting everything the customer request, done. They want you to speed and rush the customer off the phone as if they aren’t paying customers. Literally want you to keep the call to 5 mins even if the customer has multiple request (which isn’t 5mins long) I’m saying a mouth full…. You all will see.
