For the size of this company, the way reports are run is an absolute joke. There is absolutely no tech stack whatsoever; meanwhile, the leadership is requiring tableau dashboards to be implemented, so analytics folks are manually uploading excel files they pull from the reporting environment into a shared location for tableau to pick up. Reporting environment is frequently unavailable until mid afternoon, meaning Monday reporting can't even be addressed until at least 2 pm. Probably the most unintelligent, unresponsive colleagues I have ever worked with. This is typical with legacy European companies, but this is by far the worst. Apparently the leadership of this company don't believe in buying any tech products, thinking they can make something better themselves. The hubris of this thinking alone is infuriating!!! There are so many good products out there that can make things easier and better, but instead, they'd rather hire a bunch of bodies to pull and create manual excel reports. You will not learn anything while being here. To top it off, the turnover is insane, causing constantly changing priorities and report requests.
